Project Description
Pier Point, located on Ajose Adeogun Street in Lagos, is an eight-story mixed-use building with parking for 30 vehicles, office space on the third through sixth floors, and high-end residential apartments on the seventh and eighth floors. The building uses a framed system combining solid slabs and hollow clay pot slabs for efficient load distribution and stability.
